Endomondoがある日突然BTLE（Bluetooth SMART）のHRMを認識してくれなくなりまして、HRMの電池の電圧を測定しても正常ですし、なにより同時に起動したStravaではちゃんと認識しているということで、これはEndomondoの不具合だふざけんなー！ となったのですが。
ちゃんと対応策がドキュメントに書いてありました。

If the problem persists, please try to un-pair the HRM from your phone -> reset the sensor by taking battery out for 6 minutes and touch both snap connects for 10 seconds right after you have taken the battery out -> re-pair your phone and the HRM -> go to the Endomondo app -> "Accessory Settings" -> "Activate sensors" -> "Scan -> Pair.
これに従って心拍計の電池を抜いて6分放置して再度装着したところ無事に認識されました。一時はどうなることかと…。
（追記：その後やっぱりどうやっても認識されなくなったので、毎回Stravaで心拍計を認識させてからEndomondoに切り替えて使っています。困ったなあ）
